A Martha Lake mailing label does not create a Martha Lake government. The community is unincorporated, and Everett is the Snohomish County seat. There is no Martha Lake city clerk, municipal archive, or municipal court. A nearby Lynnwood office only holds a record when the underlying event occurred within Lynnwood’s jurisdiction.
